Agatha Christie - And then there were none
I think that this is the best book
Agatha Christie ever wrote. It is amazing story about unsolved mysterious
murder. One lunatic murderer did unbelievable judgment himself. It was better
than every judgment case in history :-D.
Read it if you can. It is really
marvelous detective story.
„...Ten little soldier boys went out to dine;
One choked his little self and then there were
Nine.
Nine little soldier boys sat up very late;
One overslept himself and then there were
Eight.
Eight little soldier boys traveling in
One said he’d stay there and then there were
Seven.
Seven little soldier boys copping up sticks;
One chopped himself in halves and then there
were Six
Six little soldier boys playing with a hive;
A bumble bee stung one and then there were
Five.
Five little soldier boys going in for law;
One got in Chancery and then there were Four.
Four little soldier boys going out to sea;
A red herring swallowed one and then there were
Three.
Three little soldier boys walking in the Zoo;
A big bear hugged one and then there were Two.
Two little soldier boys sitting in the sun;
One got frizzled up and then there was One.
One little soldier boy left all alone;
He went and hanged himself
And then there were None. ....“
- This is on the first page in
the book. This is exactly the murderer idea of killing. There are 10
people on the island and they are dying according to this poem. In exactly
way I mean.
„He thought: best of an island is once you get
there you can’t go any farther---you’ve come to the end of things....“

- This is the thought of one
prisoner on the island. There were 10 people, all figurate in some murder.
They are imprisoned on the Prison island. So suitable name for it :). They
are dying one by one because of lunatic murderer. Who is it is their day
question. It is impossible to solve it. ....
„...Crime and its punishment has always
fascinated me. I enjoy reading every kind of detective story and thriller. I
have devised for my own private amusement the most ingenious was of carrying
out a murder....“
Citát z knihy
- I just thought about author.
She can think about so unsolvable cases. She could be possibly murderer.
Her activities could be unsolved. I mean they can never solve them because
of her genius mind. She is so marvelous writer and I like her books so
much.
